Your Turcotte’s owner pricing is loaded. Structural exclusion work uses a $1,200 project minimum. Standard small exclusion repairs use your saved per-item rates; $0 means the item is intentionally priced per job. Most normal exclusion jobs land around $1,200–$3,000, while larger/taller or lift-access jobs can go higher.
Every rate remains editable. Reset only if you want to restore this owner preset.

Your streamlined Turcotte service list is loaded here. Fixed prices came from your current price book; variable services show $0 and are set on the individual quote. Bowdoin-only, duplicate, legal-text, and unnecessary specialty entries are not included. You can still edit, disable, delete, or add anything.
Access equipment defaults
Choose the extension ladders you actually carry. The planner uses manufacturer-style support-height ranges and will not pretend an oversized ladder is automatically a safe substitute. Your requested default inventory is 16 ft, 28 ft, and 32 ft.
The planner treats work above the normal 32-ft extension-ladder support range as a lift candidate. It can also recommend a lift at lower heights when terrain, obstacles, or the work method make a ladder a poor choice.
Private cost target
Optional. Enter the minimum amount you want left per field labor hour after entered hard costs. Leave at $0 if you only want the raw effective-return calculation.

Access planning

Best → field-estimated or measured work height + setup distance + ground/electrical check.
Use the result only as a starting equipment class. Verify the exact ladder or lift model and its working envelope before use.
Google address lookup

Address suggestions are optional. You can always enter an address manually. Connection settings are explained in the update guide.
